8. Dispute Resolution
This Dispute Resolution Agreement ("Agreement") governs any legal disputes or claims arising between Stylish Home Interiors and our customers in connection with our products, services, or business dealings.
1. Governing Law
Any dispute, controversy, or claim shall be resolved in accordance with the laws of Western Australia, Australia. The courts of Western Australia shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any legal proceedings.
2. Mediation Requirement
Before initiating any legal action (including litigation or arbitration), both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute through good-faith mediation.
- The mediation process shall be conducted by a neutral, accredited mediator in Perth, Western Australia.
- Each party shall bear its own costs related to mediation, unless otherwise agreed.
- If mediation fails to resolve the dispute within 28 days(or an agreed extension), either party may proceed with legal action.
3. Legal Action
If mediation is unsuccessful, any subsequent legal proceedings must be filed in a court of competent jurisdiction within Western Australia.
4. Agreement to Terms
By engaging in business with Stylish Home Interiors, you acknowledge and agree to:
- The exclusive application of Western Australian law to any disputes.
- The mandatory mediation process before pursuing litigation.
By purchasing from or interacting with Stylish Home Interiors, you confirm your acceptance of this Agreement.
